  • Win32 Disk Imager Icon

    Win32 Disk Imager

A Windows tool for writing images to USB sticks or SD/CF cards

This program is designed to write a raw disk image to a removable device or backup a removable device to a raw image file. It is very useful for embedded development, namely Arm development projects (Android, Ubuntu on Arm, etc). Anyone is free to branch and modify this program. Patches are always welcome. This release is for Windows 7/8.1/10. It will should also work on Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 (although not tested by the developmers). For Windows XP/Vista, please use v0.9 (in the files archive). Warning: Issues have been reported when using to write to USB Floppy drives (and occasionally other USB devices, although very rare). While this has been fixed in v1.0, it is highly recommended that before an image is written to a device, the user should do a Read to a temporary file first. If this fails, please report the failure along with your system information. Known issues: Currently, the program will crash if you are using a Ramdisk. This is being debugged.

  • VeraCrypt Icon

    VeraCrypt

Open source disk encryption with strong security for the Paranoid

VeraCrypt is a free disk encryption software brought to you by IDRIX (https://www.idrix.fr) and based on TrueCrypt 7.1a. It adds enhanced security to the algorithms used for system and partitions encryption making it immune to new developments in brute-force attacks. It also solves many vulnerabilities and security issues found in TrueCrypt. This enhanced security adds some delay ONLY to the opening of encrypted partitions without any performance impact to the application use phase. This is acceptable to the legitimate owner but it makes it much harder for an attacker to gain access to the encrypted data. All released files are PGP signed with key ID=0x54DDD393, available on key servers and downloadable at https://www.idrix.fr/VeraCrypt/VeraCrypt_PGP_public_key.asc VeraCrypt can mount TrueCrypt volumes. It also can convert them to VeraCrypt format. Documentation: https://www.veracrypt.fr/en/Documentation.html FAQ : https://www.veracrypt.fr/en/FAQ.html

  • owfs and owhttpd Icon

    owfs and owhttpd

    Project moved to https://github.com/owfs/owfs/

Please note that OWFS source code, and all Issue/Tickets/merge requests have now been moved to https://github.com/owfs/owfs/. Developer mailing lists will still be kept at Sourceforge. ---- OWFS -- 1-Wire file system. Use the Dallas 1-Wire and iButton chips with standard filesystem commands. Create temperature loggers. Monitor everything. OWHTTPD -- same system, only used as a light weight web server. OWFS is also ported to embedded routers, Mac OSX and Windows. Basically you can use these inexpensive little sensors and other chips with very simple wiring to sense and control the physical environment. The interface is very flexible -- everything from a web browser, to read and writing directly to the chip's "file" to integrating with your programs -- even over the internet. There is a growing number of 1-wire sensors: temperature, voltage, humidity, light, ultraviolet, pressure, thermisters, thermocouples, programmable microcontrollers, relays, lights, LCD panels, etc

  • Symlink Creator

Program to create symlinks. Provides the CMD command as well.

Just a small application I made to simplify the process of creating symbolic and hard links in Windows 7 and Windows 8 (likely Vista too). It is a GUI for the MKLINK command in Windows, which makes creating the links much easier. The program requires administrator permissions due to use of the command prompt, so you should run it as an administrator if you experience any problems. Note: It is not possible to create a hard link from a network share. You must use a symbolic link instead. Warning: If you incorrectly specify the destination path, such as having the destination and source paths backwards, it will delete the file/folder you are presumably trying to create a symlink from. You will be presented with a confirmation prompt that shows you which folder will be replaced/deleted. It is always a good idea to test this app on empty files or folders.
