This is the first implementation of QueLang. QueLang is a language I designed for Questionnaire Design and Implementation. SurveyGen is a simple perl tool that enables you to generate and present surveys based of simple XML files. The power of this tool is it's simplicity. You just create the xml, and voila, you have your survey.

A script written in pure PHP that can easily generate dynamic surveys based off of included template CSV (comma separated value) files. Setting up the script is as simple as editing the template file and transferring the directory to a server.
