    Robinhood Policy Engine
...It maintains a replicate of filesystem medatada in a database that can be queried at will. It makes it possible to schedule mass action on filesystem entries by defining attribute-based policies, provides fast 'find' and 'du' enhanced clones, gives to administrators an overall view of filesystem contents through its web UI and command line tools. It supports any POSIX filesystem and implements advanced features for Lustre filesystems (list/purge files per OST or pool, read MDT changelogs...)

    Checkitgui

    Checkitgui

Checkit is a graphical file integrity tool for Linux and Unix systems.

Checkit is a file integrity tool that adds basic data assurance capabilities to file systems which support extended attributes. It allows you to detect any data integrity issues or file changes to any file. By storing a checksum as an extended attribute, checkit provides an efficient way to detect silent data corruption, bit rot, or other modification errors. It was inspired by the checksumming performed by filesystems like BTRFS and ZFS. Checkit allows similar functionality, the ability to compare stored files and entire directory trees against a checksum at a glance. This is the GUI version

    FileReader

    FileReader

A FileReader polyfill for Internet Explore and Safari using Flash

FileReader is a polyfill library combining JavaScript and Flash (SWF) to mimic the HTML5 File API in older browsers (notably Internet Explorer and Safari versions that did not support File API fully). It overlays a transparent Flash SWF over a DOM element to allow users to select files, then exposes a .files attribute etc., so that client-side file reading behaves more like modern standard. It is unmaintained now, since File API support is widespread.
