Multi-threaded HDF5 filter implementing the LPC-Rice codec. This lossless codec is intended to compress correlated signal data, such as image data, stored in HDF5 chunks. The codec/filter is optimized for both compression and decompression speed, but compression ratios are still comparable to JPEG-LS and CCSDS-123 codecs.

I have written this short script to correct vowel mutation (Umlaut) errors in filenames. This errors typically occur when you copy files to a system with UTF-8 charset from a system using another charset. One typical case is when a Windows-Client transfers files via FTP on a server using UTF-8. Such errors can't be corrected using convmv.

This project is a (platform independent) tool to repair the iTunes library, if files have been moved or renamed. tested with iTunes 8 (8.1) and iTunes 10 (10.7). As noting changed in the library format, it is intended to work with iTunes 11 as well.
