Open Source PHP Statistics Software

The open source software R enables a large number of statistical analyzes. The software R2web allows to use those R functions that are useful for medical students, with a web interface that facilitates the work of the student (it replaces line commands in R with checkboxes, radio buttons, etc. ). KeplerDB is a temporal database to store time/value entries where the type of value could be integer, float/double, boolean and string. KeplerDB is dedicated to be scalable and to create clusters of server allowing the user to analyse and store massing amount of data to monitor systems like computers, clusters, building and captors or financial systems like markets and accounts. The user can use KeplerDB to make data analysis on enormous amount of data (statistics and modelling).

MooGraph is an utility to produce interactive dynamical graphs from statistical data. Deliberately inspired to GapMinder, it represents the evolution of multivariate data in time by means of coloured bubbles of variable sizes on an (x,y) plot.

Based on MinimPy (http://sourceforge.net/projects/minimpy/), QMinim is a web-based minimization application, for allocation of subject to different arms of a clinical trial. It is an alternative to randomization, with the advantage of balancing arms of trial with respect to preselected prognostic factors. All aspects of minimization procedure including treatments, factors, minimization protocole, and including a preload can be customized using QMinim.
