    JStats

    JStats

JStats is a Java application/applet for statistical testing.

JStats is a small but powerful Java application/applet for conducting statistical tests. The following tests are supported: * Parametric tests: T-test, ANOVA, Repeated Measures ANOVA * Non-parametric tests: Wilcoxon Rank-Sum, Wilcoxon Signed-Ranks, Kruskal-Wallis, Friedman * Check if datasets are normally distributed: Jarque-Bera, Shapiro-Wilk * Check if datasets have equal variances: F-test, Bartlett's test, John, Nagao and Sugiura's test * Correlation: Correlation coefficient, Spearman Rank correlation, linear regression * Confidence intervals test * Outliers: Generalized Extreme Studentized (ESD) test, outliers in ANOVA The latest version is available as applet on http://aiguy.org/Statistics.html

    Adaptive Gaussian Filtering

    Adaptive Gaussian Filtering

    Machine learning with Gaussian kernels.

Libagf is a machine learning library that includes adaptive kernel density estimators using Gaussian kernels and k-nearest neighbours. Operations include statistical classification, interpolation/non-linear regression and pdf estimation. For statistical classification there is a borders training feature for creating fast and general pre-trained models that nonetheless return the conditional probabilities. Libagf also includes clustering algorithms as well as comparison and validation routines. It is written in C++.

    phcfM

    phcfM

R package for modelling anthropogenic deforestation

phcfM is an R package for modelling anthropogenic deforestation. It was named after the REDD+ pilot-project 'programme holistique de conservation des forêts à Madagascar'. phcfM includes two main functions: (i) demography(), to model the population growth with time in a hierarchical Bayesian framework using population census data and Gaussian linear mixed models and (ii) deforestation(), to model the deforestation process in a hierarchical Bayesian framework using land-cover change data and...

    fesslix

    Stochastic Analysis

A brief summary of the main features of Fesslix: - Perform non-intrusive reliability analysis or Bayesian updating either --- by running commands on the command line or --- by means of an Octave interface or --- by means of a Python interface - Flexible input language for writing Fesslix parameter files --- Control flow statements (e.g. if, for, while) --- Most parameters can be defined as functions - Working with response surfaces - Linear finite element analysis using truss, beam and plane stress/strain elements - Spectral Stochastic Finite Elements - Bayesian networks This is the download page for Windows executables of Fesslix.

    Math Simulator

A simulation software for numerical techniques.

Math Simulator is a java-based application which simulates various mathematical techniques. It is extremely useful for the Engineering students and for professionals. Most importantly, unlike most others Math Simulator is an Application rather than a java - library. So, user is not required to have any computer background. A Unique feature of Math Simulator is that it allows you to save queries for later reference. Hence you can save the problems along with their results.
