    gsasnp2

    PubMed ID: 29562348 / DOI: 10.1093/nar/gky175

    * GSA-SNP2 is a successor of GSA-SNP (Nam et al. 2010, NAR web server issue). GSA-SNP2 accepts human GWAS summary data (rs numbers, p-values) or gene-wise p-values and outputs pathway genesets ‘enriched’ with genes associated with the given phenotype. It also provides both local and global protein interaction networks in the associated pathways. * Article: SYoon, HCTNguyen, YJYoo, JKim, BBaik, SKim, JKim, SKim, DNam, "Efficient pathway enrichment and network analysis of GWAS summary data...

    MRA

    MRA

A general recommender system with basic models and MRA

Multi-categorization Recommendation Adjusting (MRA) is to optimize the results of recommendation based on traditional(basic) recommendation models, through introducing objective category information and taking use of the feature that users always get the habits of preferring certain categories. Besides this, there are two advantages of this improved model: 1) it can be easily applied to any kind of existing recommendation models. And 2) a controller is set in this improved model to provide...

    leave-kojack

    Leave-k-out-Jackknife Pearson correlation

In general, Pearson correlation coefficients can be quite error-prone to outliers, thus Jackknifing may be helpful. I could not find any useful implementation for calculating more than leave-1-out Jackknife Pearson correlation coefficients. 'leave-kojack' offers an implementation for Jackknife Pearson correlation with dynamic values of k, i.e. leave-k-out Pearson correlation.

    R package kOO

    implementing k-spatial entropy methodology

...Another method (CAkOO) performing a k-Correspondence Analysis (i.e. on a multiway table with k entries) on the contingencies of co-occurrenceshas been already "published in my JSS paper about another R package: PTAk. At the moment the basic scripts I have are based on points and use the R package spatstat, but I would like also to extend to any geometry type. So from all this "a plan" has first to be drawn! ...
