PHP SSH2 lib

Fork of PECL SSH2 0.11.3 includes keyboard_interactive login

PECL SSH2 is a library for using SSH in PHP. The function ssh2_auth_password fails if the SSH client has keyboard_interactive method set. This fork is made to rectify the above problem.
