Written in the C programming language: although the code is 30 pages long, it's simple. Trailer can be detouched pressming 'l' (minuscle ELL) so to drive a normal car. Calculates the percentage of one minute max. reps to use in less than one minute periods of time. Needs .NET 3.5 to be pre-installed on your system. It takes the one-minute total max. reps (supposed to be done at max. VO2) and calculates the corresponding timing to beep on. So, if for example you do 30 reps in one minute, that means 1 rep every 2 secs. The software calculates that and gives you the "beep" every 2 secs.
