The application can also be minimized to the system tray. Plus, it is free and comes with an intuitive interface that makes it accessible to everyone.

It is an open source speech synthesizer, It's implemented in Java,it's for English only till now, we use both rule-based and dictionary based approaches , this besides using MBROLA for generating the final voice.
