LosslessCut aims to be the ultimate cross platform FFmpeg GUI for extremely fast and lossless operations on video, audio, subtitle and other related media files. The main feature is lossless trimming and cutting of video and audio files, which is great for saving space by rough-cutting your large video files taken from a video camera, GoPro, drone, etc. It lets you quickly extract the good parts from your videos and discard many gigabytes of data without doing a slow re-encode and thereby losing quality. Or you can add a music or subtitle track to your video without needing to encode. Web Scrobbler is a browser extension created for people who listen to music online through their browser, and would like to keep an updated playback history using scrobbling services, such as Last.fm, Libre.fm and ListenBrainz. Download and install the extension for your browser. You can use the download buttons above. Open the extension options, and expand the "Accounts" section, then sign in to a scrobbling service you want to use. Just open any of the websites supported (e.g. Spotify) and start listening to music. Scrobble your music to Last.fm, Libre.fm, and ListenBrainz scrobbling services. The metadata filter cleans track info up and removes redundant track suffixes. Notifications of now playing tracks with extended track info (a website name, a track play count). wavesurfer.js is a customizable audio waveform visualization, built on top of Web Audio API and HTML5 Canvas. With wavesurfer.js you can create anything from an HTML5 audio player to a sophisticated DJ application. wavesurfer.js works only in modern browsers supporting Web Audio. It will fallback to Audio Element without graphics in other browsers (IE 11 and lower). You can also try wavesurfer.swf which is a Flash-based fallback. The audio will start playing as you press play. A thin line will be displayed until the whole audio file is downloaded and decoded to draw the waveform. Web Audio needs the whole file to decode it in the browser. You can however load pre-decoded waveform data to draw the waveform immediately. wavesurfer.js runs on modern browsers supporting Web Audio, including Firefox, Chrome, Safari (desktop and mobile) and Opera. -

Soundnode App is the Soundcloud for desktop
Soundnode App is an Open-Source project to support Soundcloud for desktop Mac, Windows, and Linux. It's built with Electron, Node.js, Angular.js, and uses the Soundcloud API. Be aware that Soundnode relies on Soundcloud API which only allows third-party apps to play 15 thousand tracks daily. When the rate limit is reached all users are blocked from playing/streaming tracks. The stream will be re-enabled one day after (at the same time) streams were blocked. Since SoundCloud applies a rate limit to third-party apps, you need to configure your own API key to make soundnode work. Unfortunately, SoundCloud suspended new application creation, so to retrieve your API key, you have to dig into the SoundCloud website. Listen to songs from your stream, likes, tracks, following or playlists. -

Music Library & Player

Music Library & Player utilizes PHP and vanilla javascript to deliver your web-accessible music library via HTML5 audio in a fully responsive and modern interface. The library does not require a database back-end. It parses the directory structure, best suited for a [ROOT]/[ARTIST]/[ALBUM]/[TRACKS] type of layout. This isn't required, but makes for the best user experience. Random playlists can also be generated. The code contained in this script has not been minified. It is written in long form and is well-documented for ease of use and customization. Individual tracks are optionally presented with download links. Minimal effort has been put into limiting the reach of the player and download links. It is limited, by default, to the three audio file types that are supported by HTML5. It is advised that you password protect the Music Library & Player directory using htaccess or other method to restrict public access.
