Lullaby is a little sleep timer that works with iTunes and Spotify. After a specified time, Lullaby will fade out your music, pause it, and then optionally put your Mac to sleep. Set it and forget it: Lullaby opens up as an application, and after you enter the sleep time, Lullaby runs quietly in the background while you go to sleep.
