Very simple RSS/Atom/OPML reader written in Javascript and using a build-in CORS proxy written in Java (RESTful web service using JAX-RS and Jersey), deployed with Eclipse Jetty (tested with Jetty 9.4.31), requires an HTML5 compliant web browser, works with Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 with some limitations, mainly tested with Mozilla Firefox and Mozilla Firefox for Android. The Ant script allows to create the WAR file and to upload both the deployment descriptor and the WAR file into your server. You might need to modify web.xml to make it work with another server. -

...ContiPerf enables performance testing already in early development phases and in an easy-to-learn manner: A developer writes a performance test in form of a JUnit 4 test case and adds performance test execution settings as well as performance requirements in form of Java annotations. When JUnit is invoked by an IDE, build script or build server, ContiPerf activates, performs the tests and creates an HTML report. The report provides a detailed overview of execution, requirements and measurements, even providing a latency distribution chart. A large feature set for execution settings and performance requirements is available, e.g. Ramp up, warm up, individual pause timing, concurrent exection of test groups and more.

This script is capable of cracking multiple hashes from a CSV-file like e.g. dumps from sqlmap. Over 17.000 md5-hashes in a CSV-file get cracked with a 14.300.000 lines wordlist in less then 1 min. Lines wich cant get cracked with the wordlist get stored in a .leftToCrack-File to further process with another Wordlist or the bruteforce-tool. -

A UNIX Shell script wrapper for the VI editor. It is recommended VIB be used as an alias for the VI editor. VIB creates backups of any files edited using VI to a specified location while maintaining X backup revisions, and keeping a revision history of who made changes and when to a master log. VIB is Ideal in environments where you have multiple users logging into a UNIX system and you wish to keep track of whom is modifying files.

Fully automated backups to zfs backup hosts
mdbackup is written in perl and basically goes off and connects to a bunch of remote servers (defined in a file called mdtab) via ssh or a smb mount, rsyncs the data to a location on your local zpool and then snapshots the deepest parent zfs filesystem. Another script renames snaps to preserve them as monthlies or annuals and another script purges the remainder of snaps based on a retention policy defined in that severs configuration file, normally 21 nighties, 12 monthly and 7 annuals. It all runs from cronies. It does lots of nice logging and error checking and has nice health check scripts which can be used to integrate this with nagios. ... -
