CrossBrowdy is a free and open-source JavaScript framework that allows to create multimedia apps, emulators, game engines and games that will be compatible with any device. Any software developed with CrossBrowdy should be able to be used in any JavaScript compatible web client (including browser plug-in, add-on, extension, app...) which supports "document.getElementById". Very simple RSS/Atom/OPML reader written in Javascript and using a build-in CORS proxy written in Java (RESTful web service using JAX-RS and Jersey), deployed with Eclipse Jetty (tested with Jetty 9.4.31), requires an HTML5 compliant web browser, works with Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 with some limitations, mainly tested with Mozilla Firefox and Mozilla Firefox for Android. The Ant script allows to create the WAR file and to upload both the deployment descriptor and the WAR file into your server. You might need to modify web.xml to make it work with another server.
