EclEmma is a free Java code coverage tool for Eclipse, available under the Eclipse Public License. It brings code coverage analysis directly into the Eclipse workbench.
The EclEmma project is also the home of the JaCoCo code coverage library which is the technical back-end for EclEmma and also has integrations with many other build and software quality tools.
Software Unit Tests (Language Independent Approach)
Automation of Unit and System Tests. Tests can be implemented in any language and on many platforms. The flexible approach enables the inclusion of many types of tests, such as memory leak checks (using valgrind), coding rule checks, complexity checks, etc. Tests are run by a simple call to hwut in a base directory of a project.
In particular for C, HWUT supports make file generation using 'sos' and 'sols' modes. Remote control-able function stubs may be generated using the 'stub' mode....
A tool to dump shared memory segments, files and text
This is a simple tool that dumps shared memory segments (System V and POSIX), files and text. It might be useful when you have to debug programs that use shared memory.
In order to assure software performance, software needs to be tested accordingly as early as possible - only weaknesses diagnosed early can be assessed quickly and cheaply. ContiPerf enables performance testing already in early development phases and in an easy-to-learn manner:
A developer writes a performance test in form of a JUnit 4 test case and adds performance test execution settings as well as performance requirements in form of Java annotations. When JUnit is invoked by an IDE,...
IPv6 CARE, "IPv6 Compliant Automatic Runtime Environment", provides an environment where applications instantly become IPv6-compliant ('patch' mode, see RFC6535). It can also generate a diagnosis about the IPv6 compliance of an application ('check' mode). It uses an LD_PRELOAD-based library injection technique.
C++ production ready implementation of Scott Seely's Simple SOAP RPC code. OS neutral, HTTP transport, XML validation, envelope parsing, RPC dispatching, extendable data types, fault generation and a extendable test suite useful for release validation.
Now builds on newer versions of Linux.
DUMA (Detect Unintended Memory Access) is a multi-platform memory debugging library. It can detect memory leaks and buffer overruns (or underruns) in a malloc() / new memory buffer. DUMA is a fork of Bruce Perens' Electric Fence library.
sourceforge isn't maintained for many years!
