Artifacts can be automatically cleaned up (for snapshot or integration builds), transformed (e.g. Maven source attachment to Eclipse Source Bundle) or aggregated. It is based on an extensible design using OSGi so it can be enhanced in the future to support more file and repository formats and include more functions (like cleanup, freeze, spool out, ...).
