Both tables should have the same structure during the run. Insert and Update query's are created during the run and can be saved for later execution. Find this useful tool to run scripts or extracting inserts from a table on MSSQL. Query execution runs each query separate, that is separated with a ";". The reason for this is because Views and Procedure creation expects to be executed separate from other queries which resulted in me having to run several queries 1 by 1 and thus resulted in me creating this tool. Insert script creation can happen from a conditional query. -
