Its high-level proxy-agent package automatically selects the correct agent from standard environment variables such as HTTP_PROXY, HTTPS_PROXY, and NO_PROXY. Lower-level packages provide dedicated support for HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS, and PAC-based proxy configurations. -
