LIEL (Language Independent Extension Library) is a language-agnostic library containing solutions to various programming problems and extending the capabilities of existing frameworks and code libraries.
The EMP language (Easy Mobile Programming) is an easy-to-use programminglanguage for developing independent Symbian OS applications. The primary goal is to provide an easier alternative for the Symbian OS C++.
Note that as of release 0.4.0 just the base programminglanguage is provided: no support for programming with the application frameworks such as Series 60/80/UIQ is provided, and neither are phone APIs (IR/BT/SMS/...) supported. Volunteers welcome.
