    Graphtage

    Graphtage

A semantic diff utility and library for tree-like files such as JSON

...Its name is a portmanteau of “graph” and “graftage”, the latter being the horticultural practice of joining two trees together such that they grow as one. Graphtage performs an analysis on an intermediate representation of the trees that is divorced from the filetypes of the input files. This means, for example, that you can diff a JSON file against a YAML file. Also, the output format can be different from the input format(s). By default, Graphtage will format the output diff in the same file format as the first input file. But one could, for example, diff two JSON files and format the output in YAML. There are several command-line arguments to specify these transformations, such as --format; please check the --help output for more information.

    TensorFlow

    TensorFlow

TensorFlow is an open source library for machine learning

...The platform can be easily deployed on multiple CPUs, GPUs and Google's proprietary chip, the tensor processing unit (TPU). TensorFlow expresses its computations as dataflow graphs, with each node in the graph representing an operation. Nodes take tensors—multidimensional arrays—as input and produce tensors as output. The framework allows for these algorithms to be run in C++ for better performance, while the multiple levels of APIs let the user determine how high or low they wish the level of abstraction to be in the models produced. Tensorflow can also be used for research and production with TensorFlow Extended.

    GraphEmbedding

    GraphEmbedding

Implementation and experiments of graph embedding algorithms

GraphEmbedding is an open-source Python project for implementing and experimenting with graph embedding algorithms. It follows a simple “graph in, embedding out” design. The library uses NetworkX graphs as input and produces vector representations for graph nodes. It includes implementations of DeepWalk, LINE, Node2Vec, SDNE, and Struc2Vec. Users can configure walks, embedding dimensions, training windows, epochs, and other model-specific parameters. Example scripts demonstrate how to train models and retrieve embeddings for downstream graph analysis or machine learning tasks.

    Barfi

    Barfi

A Python visual Flow Based Programming library

...A schema is built using barfi.Blocks. Then the schema is executed with barfi.ComputeEngine. Each barfi.Block has some properties that enable the FBP and schema building. Firstly, each Block has Input and Output interfaces that link to other Blocks. Each Block can carry an executable function, that is specified by the user. This function can access/get data from the Input interface, perform computations or calculations, and set the Output interface. In general, Barfi is an abstraction of Graphical Programming, Flow-Based Programming, or Node programming. ...

    react2shell-scanner

    react2shell-scanner

High Fidelity Detection Mechanism for RSC/Next.js RCE

react2shell-scanner is a security-oriented tool that bridges modern JavaScript (React) applications and shell scripting by auditing web front-ends for exposed interfaces that could be manipulated or controlled through command execution. It scans React codebases, identifies places where user input interacts with shell-executable contexts, and flags risky patterns that might lead to command injection, unvalidated arguments, or unsafe bindings between UI controls and underlying system actions. This is especially valuable for projects that mix web UIs with server-side scripting, developer tooling, or plugin ecosystems where untrusted input could enter execution paths. ...

    Celery

    Celery

    Distributed task queue (development branch)

...Celery has a large and diverse community of users and contributors, you should come join us on IRC or our mailing-list. Celery is Open Source and licensed under the BSD License. A task queue’s input is a unit of work called a task. Dedicated worker processes constantly monitor task queues for new work to perform. Celery communicates via messages, usually using a broker to mediate between clients and workers. To initiate a task the client adds a message to the queue, the broker then delivers that message to a worker. A Celery system can consist of multiple workers and brokers, giving way to high availability and horizontal scaling. ...

    django-rest-framework-gis

Geographic add-ons for Django REST Framework

...Provides a GeometryField, which is a subclass of Django Rest Framework (from now on DRF) WritableField. This field handles GeoDjango geometry fields, providing custom to_native and from_native methods for GeoJSON input/output. While precision and remove_duplicates are designed to reduce the byte size of the API response, they will also increase the processing time required to render the response. This will likely be negligible for small GeoJSON responses but may become an issue for large responses. The primary key of the model (usually the "id" attribute) is automatically used as the id field of each GeoJSON Feature Object. ...

    AG-UI

    AG-UI

    The Agent-User Interaction Protocol

...Instead of treating an AI agent as a black-box chat endpoint, AG-UI defines structured events for messages, tool calls, state changes, lifecycle updates, and user interactions. This makes it easier for developers to build agent-powered apps that stream progress, request human input, update UI state, and coordinate complex workflows. The project is especially useful for teams building copilots, workflow assistants, multi-agent products, or custom AI interfaces. Overall, AG-UI provides a shared communication layer between autonomous systems and the interfaces where people actually use them.
