    Using MuPDF library in FreePascal/Lazarus

    ...I managed to bring the supported version up to 1.17.0 (latest MuPDF). Only for Win64. Help is welcome to bring support for MacOS, Linux and Haiku. As I have no previous experience using external libraries and writing headers for them, I can use some help. So if you want the newest version of MuPDFLib support, please give me a hand.
