MPGPatcher is a command line tool to change video basics (resolution/size, framerate, aspect ratio, bitrate) in mpg-video files. Patches the video headers only, does no reencoding.

NEWS: The MPL language is now completely defined. No more language changes are to be made. The compiler is complete and should be easy to translate to other languages if you so choose. MPL is a small, simple language based on BCPL, B, C and Jesusonic. The compiler and interpreter are written in portable Pascal. I have successfully compiled MPL for CP/M, DOS, Windows, Atari ST, Amiga and the Tandy Colour Computer. MPL is designed to be tiny in every way, while implementing all the important features of BCPL & B. The result is a compiler written in a high level language (PASCAL) which compiles to under 16K (CP/M). The symbol table, language syntax, and bytecode are all optimized for size. I will write a MPL Reference Manual in time. Contact myself if you want to help get that written.

An effort to bring the latest MuPDFLib version to PASCAL/LAZARUS, based on the work from Dinko Miljak and Blestan Tabakov. MuPDF is a lightweight PDF, XPS and E-Book Viewer. You do not have many options if you want to included PDF support in your Pascal/Lazarus projects. MuPDF is maybe one of the best options, but is stuck on version 1.08 (from 2015), to be used with Lazarus. I managed to bring the supported version up to 1.17.0 (latest MuPDF). Only for Win64. Help is welcome to bring support for MacOS, Linux and Haiku. As I have no previous experience using external libraries and writing headers for them, I can use some help. So if you want the newest version of MuPDFLib support, please give me a hand.

Open an image from file, or paste one in with transparency, or drag and drop an image directly onto the corresponding icon resolutions, then save. The multi-resolution icon stores a 256 x 256 image in PNG format, and five images at 64 x 64, 48 x 48, 32 x 32, 24 x 24 and 16 x 16 in native Windows icon format for maximum compatibility, back to Windows 95. Use a single Master image for the complete set of images, or separately individualise each image resolution for complete control over appearance. Support for 32 bit images with 8 bit alpha mask, and built-in common mask shapes to instantly transform a basic, square image into an alpha-transparent shape with one click. This wrapper is bringing Jasper library to Pascal (Delphi). All formats can be individually selected using specific defines. It supports irregular geometries and YCbCr on read. Imported jasper structures are valid for jasper-1.900.1 . It is currently compilable with Delphi XE5 but with a few changes should be easily adapted to other versions or FreePascal. Included object files are from jasper-1.900.1, precompiled with Borland C++ Compiler 5.5 (free). The jasper library is compiled WITHOUT any modification using the included bat file.
