It is created with PHP, MySQL (using OOP technology, and PDO), and JavaScript. Data of the uploaded files are stored in tables in MySQL database. This script creates automatically Menu list with categories of uploaded files, Thumbails for images, and Gallery of Images and Audio files in accessed category.
