    BinExport

    BinExport

    Export disassemblies into Protocol Buffers

BinExport is a disassembly export plugin developed by Google as part of the BinDiff ecosystem, designed for reverse engineering and binary analysis. It works with popular disassemblers including IDA Pro, Binary Ninja, and Ghidra, enabling the export of disassembly data into a structured Protocol Buffer format. This exported data can then be used for binary comparison, diffing, and advanced analysis tasks through BinDiff or other compatible tools. BinExport captures detailed information such as instructions, functions, control flow graphs, and metadata, providing a machine-readable representation of a program’s disassembled structure. ...

    Aleph

    Aleph

    Asynchronous streaming communication for Clojure

Aleph is an asynchronous I/O framework for Clojure built atop Netty, offering efficient, non-blocking network programming with support for HTTP, raw TCP/UDP, and streaming through Manifold streams. Aleph follows the Ring spec fully and can be a drop-in replacement for any existing Ring-compliant server. However, it also allows for the handler function to return a Manifold deferred to represent an eventual response. This feature may not play nicely with synchronous Ring middleware, which...

    FlowLayout

    FlowLayout

Android streaming layout, supports single selection

FlowLayout is an Android UI library that implements a “flow” or “tag cloud” layout where items automatically wrap onto new lines as needed, making it ideal for chips, product tags, and selectable labels. Instead of manually placing views, you feed data through an adapter-style API, so tags can be created dynamically from a list and refreshed when the dataset changes. The library supports selection behavior out of the box, including single-select and multi-select modes, so it can behave like a group of checkable chips without you building the state machinery from scratch. ...

    Agera

    Agera

    Reactive programming for Android

...Requires Android SDK version 9 or higher. A few experimental sample extension libraries for Agera are also provided. Agera (Swedish for “to act”) is a super lightweight Android library that helps prepare data for consumption by the Android application components (such as Activities), or objects therein (such as Views), that have life-cycles in one form or another. It introduces a flavor of functional reactive programming, facilitates clear separation of the when, where and what factors of a data processing flow, and enables describing such a complex and asynchronous flow with a single expression, in near natural language.

    ParTools

Support for manual parallelization of sequential C programs.

ParTools allows the interactive analysis of a C program execution profile and data dependencies to facilitate the discovery and selection of suitable parallelization candidates in a manual parallelization process. The flow does not assume any specific parallelization technique, thus it can be broadly applied. The original (serial) C source is automatically annotated to trace the execution profile and data dependencies at run-time.

    SEPIA: Security-oriented PN Framework

    SEPIA: Security-oriented PN Framework

Petri net framework for security related modeling and reasoning.

SEPIA provides implementations for various types of Petri nets. Along Place/Transition-nets, it supports Petri nets with distinguishable token colors and defines coloured workflow nets, where coloured tokens are interpreted as data elements used during process execution. To support information flow analysis of processes, SEPIA defines so-called IF-Nets, tailored for security-oriented workflow modeling which enable users to assign security-levels (HIGH, LOW) to transitions, data elements and persons/agents participating in the process execution. SEPIA builds upon TOVAL (http://sourceforge.net/p/toval), JAGAL (http://sourceforge.net/p/jagal) and SEWOL (https://sourceforge.net/projects/jawl/). ...

    jmint

jMINT - Java Mutation for Integration Testing

jMINT is a integration fault injection tool which identifies data exchanges across classes and inject faults along those path. It is primarily based on the idea of program analysis and code mutation. The cross boundary data exchanges are identified by performing data flow analysis using java byte code analysis and transformation framework-soot. Mutant injection is also done via the soot framework. jMINT tool can be used to measure the effectiveness of integration test suites.

Don't hard-code data-structures for Artificial Intelligence (AI). Evolve them (and control flow) as cycles of arrays in arrays with size constraints based on other array sizes (at specific index) in terms of range, multiply, exponent, or permutation. No working code yet. Whats there now is an extension of GigaLineCompile which would become part of Human AI Net, but there are other projects to finish before I can come back to this one.
