Some part may be usable, like the diagram generation using GraphViz but you will have to rewrite parts of that as well.
This program makes UML class diagrams from JAVA source or bytecode. The diagrams are generated using GraphViz Dot. The user has full control over the process and can hide or show any of the extracted elements.
