    OpenBLAS

    OpenBLAS

Optimized BLAS library based on GotoBLAS2 1.13 BSD version

OpenBLAS is an optimized BLAS library based on GotoBLAS2 1.13 BSD version. The BLAS (Basic Linear Algebra Subprograms) are routines that provide standard building blocks for performing basic vector and matrix operations. The Level 1 BLAS performs scalar, vector and vector-vector operations, the Level 2 BLAS performs matrix-vector operations, and the Level 3 BLAS performs matrix-matrix operations. Because the BLAS are efficient, portable, and widely available, they are commonly used in the...

    progrep

    progrep

Utility to show live progress, status & stats for running simulations

progrep is a command-line tool (Linux) to show live progress report, status & stats of a running simulation or compute job that executes a given number of iterations. It shows % completed, time remaining, time elapsed, number of threads, MPI_Rank(if any), CPU usage & speed (FPS). The FPS measures may be used in benchmarking, e.g. while optimizing HPC algorithms for performance. progrep supports both single-threaded and parallel (multicore/multinode - e.g. OpenMP/MPI) jobs. progrep can also report for jobs running on remote hosts, e.g. jobs running on Linux Clusters. progrep works in client-server model. ...

    Loglan82

Loglan language and Virtual Loglan Processor repository

Loglan'82 is a programming language conceived for object and distributed programming. It has many features that make Loglan'82 a tool surpassing other programming languages: * It enjoys a unique safe and efficient system of managing objects, see [[Safe dealocation]], * It offers modules of classes (__class__), moreover it allows to declare modules of cooperating objects i.e. **coroutines** and modules of threads ('''process'''). One can create not only objects of classes, but also...

    Open PHIGS

    Open PHIGS

PHIGS (Programmer's Hierarchical Interactive Graphics System)

...PHIGS remains to be widely used in the film industry. Open PHIGS uses OpenGL for rendering graphics rather than implementing it's own abstraction layer to the graphics hardware, or using the PHIGS Extension to X (PEX). The reason for doing so is that today every graphics card manufacturer provides their own OpenGL implementation, which takes full advantage of the accelerated drawing capabilities in the hardware. PHIGS is a higher level API than OpenGL that works with a hierarchical scene graph. Models are built up in a Centralized Structure Store (CSS), a database containing the drawing primitives and their attributes (color, line style, etc.). ...
