A library offering a modern event system for ActionScript 3 inspired by C# events and Qt’s signals/slots, replacing string-based events with type-safe, boilerplate-free Signals. A Signal is essentially a mini-dispatcher specific to one event, with its own array of listeners. A Signal gives an event a concrete membership in a class.
