FRET is a developers tool which analyses and compares multiple files in order to identify the structure of the data within these files. libfret, its core, is designed to integrate with other applications such as hex editors and packet analyzers.

The converter performs automatically the full process of converting the files of a C project into the equivalent C++ files. Classes are created, var and functions becomes attributes and methods and the changes are propagated into all files.
