This project provides a Cygwin cross-compiler toolchain for current versions of Fedora Linux and RHEL6-compatible distributions, including a large selection of cross-compiled libraries. Also available are the mingw32 packages with static libraries required for building Cygwin's setup.exe installer.

A repository for pre-built open source software, mostly libraries for MinGW. At the moment there are builds for Win32/MinGW32 and Linux. There are a few for Win64. More coming later.

...We made these pre-built binaries since building Poppler (Especially with Qt5 support) is hard and not fully supported on Microsoft Windows. Poppler Win32 was tested using Qt 5.2.1 and Mingw32. "Poppler is a PDF rendering library based on the xpdf-3.0 code base."
