    Hibersap

A Java library to communicate with SAP

...Hibersap's programming model is quite similar to those of modern O/R mappers, significantly speeding up the development of SAP interfaces and making it much more fun to write the integration code. Under the hood, Hibersap either uses the SAP Java Connector (JCo) or a JCA compatible resource adapter to communicate with the SAP backend. While retaining the benefits of JCo and JCA like transactions, security, connection pooling, etc., developers can focus on writing business logic because the need for boilerplate code is largely reduced.

    STMX

High-performance transactional memory for Common Lisp

STMX is a high-performance Common Lisp library for composable Transactional Memory (TM), a concurrency control mechanism aimed at making concurrent programming easier to write and understand. Instead of traditional lock-based programming, one programs with atomic memory transactions: if a memory transaction returns normally it gets committed, if instead it signals an error (Lisp slang for throwing an exception) it is rolled back. Memory transactions can safely run in parallel in different threads, are re-executed from the beginning in case of conflicts or if consistent reads cannot be guaranteed, and effects of a transaction are not visible from other threads until it commits. ...

    sfgen

General Utilities For Tcl (now: previewing | publishing: 2014/12/1)

(Note this project is in an unfinished / preview state. It will be published on 12/1.) Say you are in the middle of solving one problem and find you need to solve another. Suppose you need to write the contents of a string to a file. You could look up how to do this, but it would be nice and convenient if there were something that does it all for you with one command. Gen is about making it a little bit easier to write Tcl programs. There are no major innovations here or buzzwords to understand. Gen is supposed to be code that you could well write yourself but do not want to have to.

    hbcxx

Use "#!/usr/bin/env hbcxx" to make C++ source code executable

...It's faster, more fun, supports lambdas, has tools to simplify memory management and includes regular expressions in the standard library. hbcxx is a tool to keep things fast and fun by putting of the moment you have to write a build system and an install script. For simple programs, especially for quick and dirty personal toys, the day you have to write a proper build system may never come. Instead just copy your C++ source code into $HOME/bin. Try it. It works.

Library for typical microcontroller- and peripheral functions

...The "Embedded Firmware Library" is a project which offers a kind of API to control the controller-functions and the functions of the peripheral units on a certain board.
