...Note: This tool and the XLIFF 2.0 specification are very likely to change. There are two versions: the command line version, cl_xrt4x2V01.jar; and the Graphical User Interface version, xrt4x2V01.jar. Any well-formed, XML file that *DOES NOT have XML Namespaces will be transformed to an XLIFF 2.0 file. The file may be translated. The translated file may then be transformed back into its original XML format. *Note: Future versions of this program will process XML Namespaces.
