    Build & Lexigraphical Permutations

Documentation of two types of permutation algorithms

This project provides documentation on two different approaches to permutations. Permutations can be generated by building them or by transposing characters between different character positions. My project addresses the efficiency between CPU speed and memory usage for generating unique permutations from input source texts that have repeated characters. The challenge is to create an efficient algorithm that can have the capacity to permutate sources texts that are hundreds and thousands of characters long without running out of memory. This project has 4 download files (1 pdf that documents the algorithms, and 3 Excel files, each for a different algorithm) The downloadable Excel files are the programming files because I code in VBA. ...

    babel-plugin-macros

    babel-plugin-macros

Allows you to build simple compile-time libraries

...This is fine for things like language features but can be a frustrating overhead for libraries that allow for compile-time code transformation as an optimization. babel-plugin-macros defines a standard interface for libraries that want to use compile-time code transformation without requiring the user to add a babel plugin to their build system (other than babel-plugin-macros, which is ideally already in place). There is cpu usage/time overhead; the client needs to run the code to generate these classes every time the page loads. There is code bundle size overhead; the client needs to receive a CSS parser in order to generate these class names, and shipping this makes the amount of js the client needs to parse larger. Eval-ing out code at compile time that will be baked into the runtime code, for instance, to get a list of directories in the filesystem.

    WebGL Heatmap

    WebGL Heatmap

A high performance WebGL/JS heatmap display library

webgl-heatmap is a browser-side rendering library that uses the GPU via WebGL to draw smooth, continuous heatmaps from large numbers of data points. Instead of relying on CPU-bound canvas operations, it leverages fragment shaders and additive blending to accumulate intensity and colorize results in real time. The API lets you push points or weighted samples into a buffer and then renders a gradient map where hot areas emerge organically from density rather than discrete markers. Because most...
