gVirtualXRay is a C++ library to simulate X-ray imaging. It is based on the Beer-Lambert law to compute the absorption of light (i.e. photons) by 3D objects (here polygon meshes). It is implemented on the graphics processing unit (GPU) using the OpenGL Shading Language (GLSL).
SimpleGVXR is a smaller library build on the top of gVirtualXRay. It provides wrappers to Python, R, Ruby, Tcl, C#, Java, and GNU Octave.
GUI for building, simulating and optimizing kinetic models.
...For ion channels, this is useful for simulating dose-response or current-voltage curves both with and without a secondary stimulus (e.g. some drug). A series of video tutorials are available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7I2XPkdOvCg&list=PL-J_lULjiFsCPL2pkz8_tFe_aJ4Fc8a8k&index=1.
...This software is grounded on the works lead by Sibertin-Blanc and Roggero on the formalization of the Sociology of Organised Action [Crozier and Freidberg].
