    Netgen Mesh Generator

    Netgen Mesh Generator

NETGEN is an automatic 3d tetrahedral mesh generator

NETGEN is an automatic 3d tetrahedral mesh generator. It accepts input from constructive solid geometry (CSG) or boundary representation (BRep) from STL file format. The connection to a geometry kernel allows the handling of IGES and STEP files. NETGEN contains modules for mesh optimization and hierarchical mesh refinement. Netgen is open source based on the LGPL license. It is available for Unix/Linux and Windows.

    Volterra2.0

    Volterra2.0

    Volterra series Identification Tool

Orthogonal method for the Identification of Volterra series. It is an extension of Lee-Schetzen method with two major improvments: 1. Reduced identification uncertainty in diagonal kernel points. 2. Possibility to identify each Volterra kernel with an input with different variance. This feature reduces the identification noise on lower order kernels and improve the "resolution" on higher order kernels. For reference see: Simone Orcioni. Improving the approximation ability of...

    OpenETran

    Electric power system transient simulator

During the period from 1990 through 2002, EPRI funded the development of a Lightning Protection Design Workstation (LPDW), which was used by many utilities to assess the lightning performance of distribution lines. Since about 2002, this program has not been available. EPRI decided to release the simulation kernel of LPDW under an open-source license (GPL v3), so it may be incorporated into IEEE Flash and other projects. OpenETran can presently simulate multi-conductor power lines,...

    ViennaFEM

A finite element solver using state-of-the-art programming techniques.

ViennaFEM is a library-centric implementation of the finite element method in C++. It features a symbolic math kernel, which manipulates the strong or weak form of the problem and automatically derives the discrete form. ViennaFEM is built on top of the following libraries: ViennaMath provides the symbolic math kernel, ViennaGrid (with ViennaData) allows for a generic grid handling and quantity storage, while ViennaCL provides the linear solvers and GPU acceleration.
