The Free Finite Element Package is a library which contains numerical methods required when working with finite elements. The goal of FFEP is to provide basic functions for approximating the solution of elliptic and parabolic PDEs in 2D. Until 2016 FFEP was developed using C. Science 2016 the language was switched to GNU Octave with some C Mex-Functions. Mesh generation or import is not part of FFEP. We recommend the use of Gmsh.
math lib for .NET. n-dim arrays, complex numbers, linear algebra, FFT, sorting, cells- and logical arrays as well as 3D plotting classes help developing algorithms on every platform supporting .NET. Sources from SVN, binaries: http://ilnumerics.net
Bayesian Surprise Matlab toolkit is a basic toolkit for computing Bayesian surprise values given a large set of input samples. It is also useful as way of exploring surprise theory. For more information see also: http://ilab.usc.edu/
A user-friendly interface for running simulations of the gene networks comprising the circadian clock. Modules allow the simulation of experimental protocols with just a few mouse clicks. Users can fine-tune simulations to suit their particular interests.
Symofros is a robotics modeling software originally created by the Canadian Space Agency. Symofros basic functions include modeling Kinematics, Non-linear dynamics, Linear dynamics, Dynamics for constrained systems, and Systems with flexible links.
Tycho is a MATLAB package for mission analysis and ADCS applications
Tycho is a MATLAB package for mission analysis and ADCS applications.
It is composed of four sub-packages:
a) an orbits toolbox which implements basic Keplerian and generalized orbit functions (physical state to Keplerian parameters and generalized parameters, time to true anomaly, etc.). It also implements tools to design impulsive maneuvers to change any of the five applicable Keplerian parameters. A dedicated function exports orbits as .xyzv Celestia files.
b) a perturbations toolbox that allows to numerically assess the effect of arbitrary perturbations by integrating Gauss equations. ...
