    Statistics101 - Resampling Statistics

    Statistics101 - Resampling Statistics

Use simulation to perform statistical analyses.

Statistics101 is an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) that uses a simple, powerful language called “Resampling Stats” to develop Monte Carlo programs to analyze and solve statistical problems. The original Resampling Stats language and computer program were developed by Dr. Julian Simon and Peter Bruce as a new way to teach Statistics to social science students.

    Epidemic-Simulation

    Epidemic-Simulation

Simulate an epidemic like the Corona Pandemic and look at statistics

With Epidemic-Simulation you can look at the development of a corona-like epidemic or pandemic, impose a lockdown and follow the statistics. When imposing a lockdown there will be a marker in the statistics about the beginning and the end of the lockdown. There is a simple movement simulation of the people. If a susceptible person gets close to an infected person their viral load increases and they might get infected.

    JAS-mine

    JAS-mine

Toolkit for agent-based & dynamic microsimulation modelling

JAS-mine is a Java platform that aims at providing a unique simulation tool for discrete-event simulations, including agent-based and microsimulation models. With the aim to develop large-scale, data-driven models, the main architectural choice of JAS-mine is to use whenever possible standard, open-source tools already available in the software development community. It has built-in utilities for communicating with an underlying relational database. In addition, the platform provides...

    Dynamic Linkage

    Dynamic Linkage

    Dynamic Linkage Social Aggregation Model

This project will create a user-friendly modeling system for studying animal social aggregations. The model codifies the a new hypothesis that the animal's state, kinematics, and the group's emergent properties are dynamically linked together, with each one affecting the others. The model will be constructed using Object-Oriented MatLab.

    SAORS

OMNET++ implementation of framework for opportunistic protocols.

...SAORS takes advantage of this observation and incorporates it in the system architecture. It is based on the DYMO ad-hoc routing protocol. SAORS provides the necessary functions for the development of opportunistic schemes such as access to the node's routing table, a database for storing the Delay-Tolerant messages, as well as the ad-hoc functionality accomplished by DYMO. It is using by default a beacon mechanism to perform the social network discovery. Beacons contain the ID of the transmitting node and its most important social information (as defined by the routing protocol).
