SimulaBeta is a simulation program for insulin-glucose feedback control. It is based on a nonlinear MiMe-NoCoDI model.

SimThyr is a continuous simulation program for the human pituitary-thyroid feedback control system. Applications of this program cover research, including development of hypotheses, and education of students in biology and medicine, nurses and patients.

Logic is a digital circuit simulator for education, written in Lazarus / Free Pascal. Place push buttons, switches, sensors, logic gates (AND, OR, NOT), counters, memories, lamps, relays, buzzers and 7-segment displays on a panel, connect them with wires and run the simulation. Power rails and a voltmeter make supply and voltage visible. Components can be shown as pictures or as IEC or ANSI schematic symbols. A built-in learning path with ten lessons and example panels guides students step...

This program was developed as a help in establishing pharmaceutical equivalence by use of FDA f2 coefficient. It was designed to help with f2 computation in cases when intra- and inter-batch variability is large, namely RSD>10%. The use of statistical bootstrap technique allows to implement confidence interval (CI) into the f2 coefficients resulting in overcoming of their major drawback in the original metrics. The algorithm provides possible “worst case scenario” of f2 values, thus...
