...The main goal is to perform a quick analyzis of the trace file produced by ns-3's simulations and calculate useful metrics for research and performance measurement. Such tool is needed because a research simulation may generate a trace file with thousands of lines, becoming dificult to analyze manually. Due to this, this tool can be handy in case someone needs a metric that the tool already support. TraceMetrics is an opensource tool, developed in Java and the code can be found here.
