OlsenRoutes is a software environment with a powerful difference. It provides online users with a library of statistical tools and access to Olsen's database (1985 through today) of tick-by-tick foreign exchange trading prices.

An environment for building and executing actor/dataflow models, including support for the CAL actor language.

ORT is a tool for modelling and flying launch vehicles of arbitrary size and complexity. Unlike OpenRocket, it does not focus on amateur rockets but on real-world launch vehicles. Also included in the bundle is a playback application and a headless driver for logging simulations into spreadsheets. ORT integrates JME3 for 3D rendering.

OptFerm is a computational platform for the simulation and optimization of fermentation processes. The aim of this project is to offer a platform-independent, user-friendly, open-source and extensible environment for Bioengineering process optimization that can be used to increase productivity. This tool is focused in optimizing a feeding trajectory to be fed into a fed-batch bioreactor and to calculate the best concentration of nutrients to initiate the fermentation. Also, contains a module for the estimation of kinetic and yield parameters, allowing the use of experimental data obtained from batch or fed-batch fermentations to reach the best possible model setup.

PUPIL (Program for User Package Interface and Linking), is a software environment that allows developers to link quickly and efficiently together multiple pieces of software in a fully automated multi-scale simulation. More specifically, it supports QM/MM MD simulations where the user might choose among any of the different MD engines and QM engines, which are connected to PUPIL as external programs through a tiny specific interface. One of the main advantages here is that the user can use most of the functionalities that may have those external programs interfaced without the necessity to be reimplemented again on independent interfaces. In fact, this simulation interface concentrates all the common code involved in the coupling terms of the QM/MM approach.
