This program is able to simulate digital circuits on gate level. This code was written during my bachelor thesis. It is not near perfection, but it has potential. So if there's someone out there interested in making it better, feel free to do so.

DoSA-2D is a two-dimensional open source software for magnetic force analysis of actuators and solenoids. Not only individuals but also companies can use the program for free and participate in the development of it themselves. The program environment is developed to be similar to that of product development, so even product developers who have not majored in analysis can easily analyze the magnetic force of actuators or solenoids. DoSA-2D is responsible for an easy working environment for developers, and magnetic force calculation is connected to FEMM, a two-dimensional magnetic analysis S/W. Therefore, the installation process may be somewhat complicated. Evaluation of methods/software is considered as a very important procedure for any user who wants to know the actual performance of a scientific tool. For the implementation of such evaluation procedure several test cases - scenarios shall be run. Obtaining the necessary test data sets can be an obstacle due to both privacy issues and also the time and cost associated with collecting multiple instances of a diverse set of data sources. An efficient alternative is the design and use of synthetic reference data sets to undertake black-box testing. These data sets should be generated in a manner consistent with the functional specification of the problem addressed by the method/software. According to this approach a data set generator was developed for the evaluation of preference disaggregation methods that are used for customer satisfaction analysis, like MUSA (Multicriteria Satisfaction Analysis).

MageTheorycraft models the casting mechanics of a mage in World of Warcraft (WoW) and outputs a simulated combat log.

MapSim is a simulation engine for System Dynamics. It provides a .NET library that works on Windows and under Mono on Linux. A simple GUI tool is provided too. MapSim uses its own modeling language described in the reference manual.
