The SBML ODE Solver is a command-line tool and programming library (ISO/ANSI C) for construction and numerical integration of an ODE system, derived from an SBML based description of a biochemical reaction network.
Development has moved to https://github.com/raim/SBML_odeSolver . Please download the latest version from there!
Shawn is a discrete event simulator for large wireless sensor networks. It does not compete with others well-known simulators by simulating individual ISO layers and the protocols within these layers. Shawn emerged from a more algorithmic approach.
THE PROJECT HAS BEEN MIGRATED TO GITHUB: https://github.com/itm/shawn
This is a development code for computer science research. It implements a solver for compressible gas dynamics. The code is distributed-memory parallel using MPI and data-parallel using the OpenCL framework.
A general purpose Robotics simulator framework and implementation.
Built as a project for the Center for Intelligent Systems in the Computer Science department in the Technion.
Fly! Legacy is a flight simulation platform that is fully compatible with all aircraft, scenery and other data files for the Fly! II flight simulator by Terminal Reality Inc. (TRI).
FAUNUS is an object oriented class library for molecular simulation, written in C++. It contains routines and utility programs for, Metropolis Monte Carlo sampling (NVT, NPT, NmuT ensembles), Macromolecules, Proton Titration, Widom Analysis etc.
aLice - ALice is likely the most Inefficient Code Ever written for boundary elements It is a c++ multi-platform code (tested on MAC-OS X 10.5, Win32, Ubuntu linux 9.04) for BEM analysis of steady and time dependent problems (in progress)
Ouroborus is an artificial life framework for mobile agents on a background of cellular automata. It can be used to teach and research topics such as population genetics, ecology and evolution. The demo includes a curses view and live Csound audio.
Simonion does not exist anymore; the package name is changed into Simbuca and is updated on the Simbuca webpage:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/simbuca/
A Software project to assimilate solar magnetograms into suitable physics based models of the solar wind expansion. To predict the solar wind conditions at the Earth and at outer planets. Or any space-craft location in the solar system.
MoGraSo is a programme for modelling long-period fibre gratings. Using modal methods (LP and hybrid modes), a transfer matrix in the radial direction and coupled mode theory, ensures a flexible, accurate and fast simulation.
SuSim stands for Sukhoi Simulator. It is a multipatform flight simulator developed to implement the most simplistic but realistic flight dynamic simulations possible, targeted in the first place to mimic the behaviour of the Su-27 Flanker.
Knitter produces a 3-dimensional model of a knitting pattern. It supports KnitML, as well as a native language similar to that of traditional knitting patterns.
Functional Reactive VR is a library for developing dynamic, interactive Virtual Environments. The FRVR framework provides new and powerful tools for implementing the dynamics and interaction of Interactive Experiences.
This is a small program to show impedances in a Smith Chart. The chart is drawn (it is not an image), so it can be redimensioned without pixeling. As it's done with Qt 4, it should run in multiple platforms.
LSim is a software for simulation and make executables to ARM Cortex-M3 mcu from logic gates diagram. LSim can compile logic gates diagram and generate binary executable files (*.bin, *.hex) for cortex-m3 mcu´s (LPC1768, under development).
