This project is based on a personal effort for researches on dynamics of coevovling networks. As a physicist, I am trying to build a framework for discrete-time dynamics of general networks, and its software libraries with APIs.
Ns is a discrete event simulator targeted at networking research. Ns provides substantial support for simulation of TCP, routing, and multicast protocols over wired and wireless (local and satellite) networks.
Router Radio Protocol Tools provide router (server) simulator and a radio (client) simulator for the radio-router protocol. The router simulator can be used to support the integration of the protocol into a radio.
Secure File Transfer for Windows with Cerberus by Redwood
Protect and share files over FTP/S, SFTP, HTTPS and SCP with the #1 rated Windows file transfer server.
Cerberus supports unlimited users and connections on a single IP, with built-in encryption, 2FA, and a browser-based web client — all deployable in under 15 minutes with a 25-day free trial.
Differential-algebraic simulator in python. Process and control systems are modelled w/ bloc diagrams. It allows algebraic loops, has an automatic steady-state computation, detects singular systems, and uses variable time-step transient integration.
OpenBioGeoSim it's a open source software that simulates the stochastic origin and spread of species geographic ranges in a heterogeneous landscape. It's a free alternative based on Gary Entsminger's BioGeoSim.
This open source software benchmarks the queries per second of an Apache Lucene index. It is an Java implementation and uses MultiFieldQueryParser to form a query.
The Digital Communication Systems Lib: This library contains digital communucations systems implementations, such as BSPK and MIMO - WOFDM. Various OpenSource Projects: 1. Password/Username/Domain Analyzer
Deploy in 115+ regions with the modern database for every enterprise.
MongoDB Atlas gives you the freedom to build and run modern applications anywhere—across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. With global availability in over 115 regions, Atlas lets you deploy close to your users, meet compliance needs, and scale with confidence across any geography.
The aim of our project is to develop a simulation system to calculate the measurement uncertainty corresponding to the 'Guide To The Expression Of Uncertainty In Measurement' (GUM).
SPLITNEURON is a completely new approach to large-scale, biologically plausible, neural-network simulation library based on data structures and methods directly coded into database and conceived to explicitly share load on multiple machines.
Netkit is a network emulation environment that allows the user to set up complex scenarios on a single PC with little effort and at no cost. In itself, Netkit aims at integrating different other open source products to provide an easy-to-use interface.
xswifs stands for: cross SoftWare Interfaces.
This project provide examples (snippets) for interfacing various software tools and languages with various mechanism. It has been created to help in HW/SW co-simulation and to provide benchmarks.
This is a program for numerical solution of Euler equations of compressible flows using discontinuous galerkin method. The code is written on top of the deal.II finite element library.

fktorrent is short for "fake torrent". It is a client for the BitTorrent network, which does not send and discards any received data. Otherwise, it behaves like an ordinary BitTorrent client.
This project examines techniques to model three-dimensional rigid body motion using the geometric algebra of Dual Quaternions and how such models compare to more traditional models when used in underconstrained filtering applications.
The Mars Rover Simulator project is based on the evolutionary robotics paradigm where an artificial agent acquires its skills through the process of artificial evolution. This simulator can be useful to evolve neural network controllers for the rover
ByoDyn (http://cbbl.imim.es/ByoDyn) is a software tool for the study of biochemical networks within the framework of systems biology. SBML compatible, ByoDyn is a group effort of the Computational Biochemistry and Biophysics Lab.
GISpatialNet is a Java-based tool for mapping network data (nodes and edges between them) to spatial coordinates; reformatting network and spatial data together; and calculating spatial network measures.
Install by saving to c:\ drive and typing the following in a commandline:
java -jar c:\GISpatialNet-0.9b.jar
