Small utility for saving SpinTires

Works with ALL versions of SpinTires (Steam, Non-steam) #First startup: Place this .exe in new directory. Dialog will ask you where is your Config.xml (usually in AppData\SpinTires folder in system partition). File 'configPath.txt' will be created - don't edit it !
