A 2D shoot them up game respecting space physics. Alpha.
Alpha version, for windows and linux. No sound yet. Has the ambition to make people live the feelings of actual space battles, with gravity, planets, asteroids.

This is a 2D shooting action game for two players for GNU/Linux, Mac OS X, and Windows. Current release written in C++ using the SDL library with its extensions. Next release will be in Java.
in the early 90ies dogfight was a very funny public domain 2d-game for the amiga. We (David Bührer and I) rewrote that game for windows32, using directx.
The gameplay and graphics are great, but the code needs some improvements.

This is an Open-Source2D platform game engine, using the OpenGL API for 3D effects in a mostly 2Dgame. We will have the Basecode used for the project, aswell as the main engine without game specific code and an example game (Penguin Fighter) available.
