Dave Gnukem is a retro-style 2D scrolling platform shooter. It is inspired by & similar to Duke Nukem 1, a famous 1991 classic. It currently runs on Windows, Linux, macOS, OpenPandora, MorphOS & more. This is a single player side/vertical scrolling game using SDL and SDL_image. It is written in C++ and is for the Linux operating system. It is sort of a clone of STG for the acorn archimedies by Charles Dell.
