    JPassword Recovery Tool

    JPassword Recovery Tool

Password recovery tool for compressed archives and md5, sha-1/2 hashes

This is a simple but sophisticated open source password recovery tool for M$ Windows, it can effectively 'crack' any password protected archive that can be decompressed by 7zip given enough time and resources. It can also bruteforce MD2, MD5, SHA-1 and SHA-2 hashes (SHA-256, SHA-384, SHA-512), CRC16, CRC32, CRC64 and Adler32 hashed passwords for both Windows, and Linux. It requires java 7u4 and above, and 7-zip v9.20 and up for archive recovery. Keeping these above applications up to date ensures peak performance. if you have any ideas, bugs, tips/improvements and/or suggestions please dont hesitate to contact me NB AS OF V1.07 PLEASE MAKE SURE 'resources' FOLDER IS IN THE SAME DIRECTORY AS THE JPasswordRecoveryTool.jar Known Bugs(v1.09): -although md2 was selceted by default for hash recovery if you did not slected another value and reselect md2 it would use md5 by default

    NDPMon

NDPMon - Neighbor Discovery Protocol Monitor

The Neighbor Discovery Protocol Monitor (NDPMon) is used by Internet Protocol version 6 network administrators for monitoring ICMPv6 packets. NDPMon observes the local network for anomalies in the function of nodes using Neighbor Discovery Protocol (NDP) messages, especially during the Stateless Address Autoconfiguration. When an NDP message is flagged, it notifies the administrator by writing to the syslog or by sending an email report. It may also execute a user-defined script. For...

    Entropy Monitor

Monitor of the available entropy stored within the Linux kernel

In computing, entropy is the randomness collected by an operating system or application for use in cryptography or other uses that require random data. This randomness is often collected from hardware sources, either pre-existing ones such as mouse movements or specially provided randomness generators. Examples for applications that depend on entropy (random numbers) would be the fortune(6) program, which gives a random quote, or the solitaire card game, or the shuffle option in a music...

    Xenophobe

Block countries via iptables and gui menu with country flags.

The purpose of this project is to geographically restrict access from countries to your server and simply iptables restrictions via a country code and not a large ip list. It is intended as a means of reducing unwanted attacks, brute force, spam, etc. not as a means to segregate access worldwide nor discriminate against any country. I have waned to package an rpm, and deb file that quickly allows most users to block ip addresses from ip blocks that have been geographically assigned....

    WhitewallManager

    Whitelist manager

WhitewallManager is a whitelist manager. It aims to be a web based administration tool for administrators using a default-deny approach to the security of the network they are responsible for. Default-deny is a superior model for network security as compared to default-allow, which is how the security model of most local area networks is modeled. Default-deny disallows all but access granted to resources which you specifically allow. The advantage to this is that any new resources which...
