Role Manager is a security management framework based on the NIST model for Role Based Access Control (RBAC) and the Java[TM] 2 Platform security standards. The access control policies and the RBAC Model are implemented using the RBAC profile of XACML.

Roots III Encryption is an encryption suite in Java and C++ backed by the strong normality of irrational roots. It can easily offer more than 2048 bit security, and can be seen as a practical one-time key implementation.

The goal of this project is to create an expandable secure content store along the lines described by JSR 283 supporting an access model, which incorporates both discretionary and mandatory access controls.

Encryption/Decryption demonstration app using the S-DES algorithm. Use the Java runtime environment 11 for execution. The GUI pops up that allows entering a 10-bit encryption/decryption key in binary (0, 1 digits) and the plaintext/ciphertext in the same form (8-bit). Executing the algorithm, decription of the encoding/decoding functionality is provided in the three main text boxes.

The content of SERAM has been moved to the security-oriented workflow library SEWOL: https://sourceforge.net/projects/jawl/ SEARM provides support for the definition of access control policies, such as ACLs and RBAC models. Additionally, it allows to specify inference policies and comprises techniques for reasoning about inferences and information distribution along a set of inference rules.

SERENITY is an integrated EU-funded project, which creates the first practical secure and dependable solution for AmI ecosystems. A set of its results will gradually become available under LGPL under this open source project.

SEWOL provides support for the handling of workflow traces. It allows to specify the shape and content of process traces in terms of entries representing the execution of a specific workflow activity. SFXCompress is an utility used to pack and/or encrypt a directory on a self-extracting file. It also includes the calculation of the MD5 function to check if the compressed file is correct. SFXCompress-gui is the graphical user interface written in Java of the Console utility sfxcompress. The Application comes also with the console version.
