proxy.py
Utilize all available CPU cores for accepting new client connections
proxy.py is made with performance in mind. By default, proxy.py will try to utilize all available CPU cores to it for accepting new client connections. This is achieved by starting AcceptorPool which listens on configured server port. Then, AcceptorPool starts Acceptor processes (--num-acceptors) to accept incoming client connections. Alongside, if --threadless is enabled, ThreadlessPool is setup which starts Threadless processes (--num-workers) to handle the incoming client connections. Each Acceptor process delegates the accepted client connection to a threadless process via Work class. Currently, HttpProtocolHandler is the default work class. HttpProtocolHandler simply assumes that incoming clients will follow HTTP specification. Specific HTTP proxy and HTTP server implementations are written as plugins of HttpProtocolHandler. -

uBlacklist
Blocks specific sites from appearing in Google search results
uBlacklist is a Google Search filter for Chrome and Firefox. uBlacklist requires many site permissions on install. They are necessary to support all domains where Google Search is provided (google.com, google.ac, google.ad, ...). You can install uBlacklist from Chrome Web Store, Firefox Add-ons or Mac App Store. To block a site that you are looking at from appearing on the search result page, click the toolbar icon. A "Block this site" dialog will be shown. In recent versions of Chrome, the toolbar icon may be hidden by default. If so, first click the puzzle piece icon. To see and edit blocked sites, open the options page. It can be accessed from the toolbar icon. Blocked sites are displayed on the top of the options page. After editing them, don't forget to press the "Save" button. -

This project now hosts the third-generation of Java SSH API, Maverick Synergy. This API builds on the Maverick Legacy commercial APIs and delivers a new API in a unified client/server framework. This API is available to the community under the LGPL open source license. This update includes ed25519 support, support for the new OpenSSH private key file format and stronger key exchange algorithms. The project continues to host both the original API and legacy applications created around it, however, these are now considered deprecated and we do not recommend their use in anyway. -

DSVPN
A dead simple VPN
DSVPN is a Dead Simple VPN, designed to address the most common use case for using a VPN. Runs on TCP. Works pretty much everywhere, including on public WiFi where only TCP/443 is open or reliable. Uses only modern cryptography, with formally verified implementations. Small and constant memory footprint. Doesn't perform any heap memory allocations. Small (~25 KB), with an equally small and readable code base. No external dependencies. Works out of the box. No lousy documentation to read. No configuration file. No post-configuration. Run a single-line command on the server, a similar one on the client and you're done. No firewall and routing rules to manually mess with. Doesn't leak between reconnects if the network doesn't change. Blocks IPv6 on the client to prevent IPv6 leaks. Works on Linux (kernel >= 3.17), macOS and OpenBSD, as well as DragonFly BSD, FreeBSD and NetBSD in client and point-to-point modes. Adding support for other operating systems is trivial. -

Firefly is an agent used to access Great Firewall (GFW) blocked websites and applications. Under the default settings, Firefly only goes through VPN forwarding wall of IP traffic, IP wall straight. In this case, you can choose to forward all traffic through the VPN, and then try again. -

By establishing a two-way tunnel between both ends, Privaxy is able to block network requests based on URL patterns and to inject scripts as well as styles into HTML documents. Operating at a lower level, Privaxy is both more efficient as well as more streamlined than browser add-on-based blockers. HPN-SSH is a series of performance patches for OpenSSH. By addressing network limitations and CPU limitations significant throughput performance can be realized. Gains of close to two orders of magnitude are possible on long fat network paths. The official git repo is now available at http://github.com/rapier1/openssh-portable. The Sourceforge repository should not be seen as the canonical repository for HPN-SSH. We will update it as we can but users should look to github to generate patches We also support Ubuntu packages.
