    Quantum++

    Quantum++

    Modern C++ quantum computing library

    Quantum++ is a modern C++ general-purpose quantum computing library, composed solely of template header files. Quantum++ is written in standard C++17 and has very low external dependencies, using only the Eigen 3 linear algebra header-only template library and, if available, the OpenMP multiprocessing library. Quantum++ is not restricted to qubit systems or specific quantum information processing tasks, being capable of simulating arbitrary quantum processes. The main design factors taken in...

    lnlc

    lnlc calculates linear nlc-width and corresponding expressions

    lnlc calculates linear nlc-width and corresponding linear nlc-width expressions. On 2014's computers it works quite well up to graph sizes of about 10 nodes of linear nlc-width 3. The runtime depends on the size of the input graph, its linear nlc-width, and the number of nodes of high degree. The archive also contains the widths and corresponding expressions for the trees of up to 12 nodes.

    Jafama

    A (Strict)FastMath class with 1e-15ish accuracy.

    Jafama (Java Fast Math) consists of fast - but not sloppy - counterparts of java.lang.Math treatments, plus additional ones. They are usually about 2-4 (up to 15) times faster, with about 1e-15 accuracy, and handle special cases (NaN, etc.). Since version 2.1, a StrictFastMath class is also provided. It is a strictfp version of FastMath (and not a fast version of StrictMath): for a same version of this library, its methods always return a same result for same arguments, which might not...

    isiKnock

    isiKnock

    In silico knockouts for signaling pathways

    Signaling pathways are complex and intertwined processes. The perturbation of biological systems can reveal the complicated interplay and dependencies of pathway components. isiKnock is a software to automatically conduct and visualize in silico knockouts for signaling pathways (Hannig et al. 2019). isiKnock predicts the knockout behavior based on the calculation of signal flows at steady state. For an explanation of the concept of in silico knockouts, we refer to Scheidel et al. 2016...

    Jafaran

    Fast and more random implementations of java.util.Random.

    Jafaran (Java Fast Random) provides fast, and for some more random, implementations of java.util.Random, with additional nextXXX() methods, and methods to retrieve and restore state. The names of implementations contain "Conc" (for concurrent) if they are thread-safe and non-blocking, or "Seq" (for sequential) if they are not thread-safe. Also provides an implementation of Ziggurat algorithm (based on J. A. Doornik paper, 2005), used by nextGaussian() methods of the provided...

    LWPR

    Locally Weighted Projection Regression (LWPR)

    Locally Weighted Projection Regression (LWPR) is a fully incremental, online algorithm for non-linear function approximation in high dimensional spaces, capable of handling redundant and irrelevant input dimensions. At its core, it uses locally linear models, spanned by a small number of univariate regressions in selected directions in input space. A locally weighted variant of Partial Least Squares (PLS) is employed for doing the dimensionality reduction. Please cite: [1] Sethu...
