X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis for hkl simulation of any crystal.
Crystalsim is a simple freeware program with a neat graphical user interface for X-ray diffraction (XRD) data analysis . It can simulates all possible {hkl} planes data for the selected crystal. Crystallographic Information File (.cif) can also be used. Analyze both powder diffraction and single crystal data . Indexed at International Union of Crystallography (IUCR). Crystalline lattice parameters such as ‘a’, ‘b’, ‘c’ as well as interfacial angles such as alpha, beta, gamma can also be entered manually. Processed data can be saved as .csv file format. ViruSim is a model of real world virus infection. That does not mean ViruSim is an exact simulation. But it lets you imagine how certain features if Patient/Virus interactions take place. ViruSim simulates Patients and Viruses in a pool/container 100 by 100 units each side, by 1000 units in depth. There are 1 to 5000 total number of Patients/Viruses, with a chosen percentage of patients, and the remaining percentage of viruses. For example, you could have 1000 to 5000 total Pat/Viruses, with 25 percentage patients. That would give you 1000 patients, and 3000 viruses. They are then swimming and colliding with each other in the pool (which is 10 million units in volume). Version 5a has been upgraded to version 5b. The graphics have been improved. -

GenomeRunner is a tool for automating genome exploration. It performs annotation and enrichment analyses of user-provided genomic regions (SNPs, ChIP-seq binding sites etc.) against >6,000 (human genome) epigenomic features available from the UCSC genome browser. Input - any genome-wide data data in .bed format (tab-delimited text file with chrom, chromStart, chromEnd). Annotation analysis output - detailed annotation of each genomic region in input data. Used to prioritize individual genomic regions by the total number of epigenomic features they co-localize with. Enrichment analysis output - p-values of statistically significant co-localizations of input genome-wide data with genome annotation features selected for the analysis. Used to prioritize epigenomic features associated with user data. -
